The Nicole is a full service 145 unit luxury rental property near Columbus Circle and Central Park. PRC Management worked with the developer as a consultant during construction, managing all aspects of the lease up, building opening and affordable compliance. PRC continued to operate the building as a third party manager following completion on behalf of the owner.
