Property Managers

Candidates must have prior residential Property Management experience, along with Property Management software experience (MRI or Yardi). Property Manager will direct the day-to-day activities in maintaining assigned properties and upkeep tenant relations. Candidates will maintain collaborative relationship, will with work with tenants, co-workers and vendors; and have knowledge of with maintenance requests and work order repairs.

Director of Maintenance

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience and knowledge of building systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all duties associated with the maintenance of the office building and supervise union staff employees
  • Oversee routine maintenance and service requests for equipment related to the facility.
  • Ensure building common areas, sidewalks, and basements clean and in good repair.
  • Will be on call in case of emergencies at the buildings


Candidates that hold Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years of Property Management accounting experience should send in resumes. Duties of an accountant varies but this role will typically handle tasks such as posting journal entries, doing bank reconciliations, maintaining cash flow schedules, working with external auditors and assisting in the preparation of in year-end papers.

Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager oversees the Compliance Department consisting of a staff of 4-5 Compliance Specialists and ensures that the company policies and procedures relating to Compliance are being followed. Prior experience handling tenant re-certification paperwork is a required (ability to analyze, validate, and document all income and asset information). Prior knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and rules.
