Melcara Construction Management

The Melcara Corporation was incorporated in 1990 for the purpose of providing construction management services to PRC, the private sector, and various New York City Agencies. Melcara, together with PRC, has successfully renovated more than 5,000 apartments within New York City.

Melcara provides construction management services for a wide range of building types, including residential and commercial uses.

Melcara has worked as a construction manager for the city of New York in a variety of HPD sponsored programs for the past eighteen years.

Energy Retrofitting

PRC is participating in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Green Retrofit Program for Multifamily Housing.
