Project History

Melcara has worked as a construction manager for the city of New York in a variety of HPD sponsored programs for the past eighteen years.  During that time, Melcara has supervised renovations which had total costs in excess of $200 million. Additionally, since 2010, Melcara has overseen over $245 million of rehabilitation to affordable housing properties containing over 1,450 occupied units.

The Regatta

The Regatta was developed by PRC in 1988. The nine-story building is a luxury condominium on a 250,000 square foot site in Battery Park City. The property includes 30,000 square feet of retail space.
