Melcara assists clients in selecting the appropriate project and design professionals and establish the management procedures necessary to optimize communication among members of the development team. We analyze design criteria, historic and future cost trends, lead time requirements and generate a predictable project budget and timeline. We produce construction and bid documents to enable the solicitation of competitive bids as well as oversee the submittal of applications for all Building Department and agency permits necessary for a successful construction start. Melcara manages the qualifying process for third-party contractors and vendors. After a careful selection process, Melcara CMs provide clients with recommendations for contractors and vendors that are suitable for the project and consistent with the budget and timeline.
