Luxury Condos

PRC has developed several distinguished Manhattan luxury condominium properties, including The Savannah (a 142 unit luxury cond-op) at 89th Street and Broadway, Princeton House (a 215 unit luxury condo) at 95th Street and Broadway, and The Regatta (a 182 unit luxury condo) in Battery Park City. PRC and its affiliates acted as developer and construction manager for each of these developments.

The Regatta

The Regatta was developed by PRC in 1988. The nine-story building is a luxury condominium on a 250,000 square foot site in Battery Park City. The property includes 30,000 square feet of retail space.

Savannah

Savannah, at 89th Street and Broadway in Manahattan, is an eighteen-story luxury cond-op built on a 148,000 square foot site. It was developed by PRC in 1987. The project includes several duplex apartments with eighteen-foot ceilings, two levels of underground parking, and 7,000 square feet of retail space.

Princeton House

PRC developed Princeton House in the late 1980's. The project is a luxury, sixteen-story condominium apartment building on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
