New Gotham (renamed The Landon) is a full service 370 unit luxury rental property in Hell’s Kitchen. PRC Management worked with the developer as a consultant during construction, managing all aspects of the lease up, building opening and affordable compliance. PRC continued to operate the building as a third party manager following completion on behalf of the owner.
