Savannah, at 89th Street and Broadway in Manahattan, is an eighteen-story luxury cond-op built on a 148,000 square foot site. It was developed by PRC in 1987. The project includes several duplex apartments with eighteen-foot ceilings, two levels of underground parking, and 7,000 square feet of retail space.
