Mr. Zernitsky is the Chief Financial Officer of the PRC Group. He oversees all financial matters of the company and its affiliates, including internal and external financial reporting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Zernitsky was a Senior Manager with the New York office of Ernst and Young LLP’s real estate practice. There, he spent over 10 years providing auditing and advisory services to global, national and regional real estate companies, including private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, separate accounts, and management companies.
Mr. Zernitsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a Master of Science-Accounting/Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. He is currently a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey.
